In the pursuit of global peace, security, justice, and the peaceful resolution of disputes among states, regions and territories.
The World Peace Court (WPC) serves as the judicial arm of the WSANDN — providing a permanent, impartial forum for the resolution of disputes between member entities. Its statutes establish clear procedures for filing cases, presenting evidence, delivering judgements, and enforcing outcomes.
The WPC operates independently of political influence, ensuring that all nations and subnational territories — regardless of their size or geopolitical power — have equal access to justice and fair resolution of disputes.
